After 30 years in the classroom, I've retired to pursue other geoscience education interests.
Recent work includes several NSF funded projects including:
* Designing and Creating Earth Science Lessons with Google Earth with Drew Patrick at Fox Lane High School in Bedford, NY
* Landscape Regions of NY in Google Earth with Jim Ebert at SUNY Oneonta
* DLESE NY Instructional Collection with Jim Ebert at SUNY Oneonta
Teacher professional development workshops and courses:
* Putnam/Northern Westchester BOCES (NY) Workshops and Short Courses for 2007-2008
* Summer Seminars in GeoScience Content and Education at Purchase College, SUNY and SUNY Oneonta
* Google Earth in the Earth Science Classroom for Richmond County, Virginia public schools

and various curriculum development with:
* Access Data (NASA Earth Observatory)
* Channel 13 (public TV in New York City)

I also host an extensive collection of teaching resources (labs, lessons, images, and links) at my Resources for GeoScience Education site.
